Payment Policy
- 50% advance payment is required to confirm the booking.
- The remaining 50% must be paid at least 3 days prior to check-in.
- Payments can be made via bank transfer, bKash, invoice will be provided by the company.
Refund & Cancellation Policy:
- Full refund for cancellations made 7 days before the check-in date. 50% refund for cancellations made 3–6 days before check-in.
- No refund for cancellations made within 72 hours of the check-in time.
- Date changes are allowed once if informed at least 3 days prior, subject to availability
