This Tracway-exclusive package begins in the holy cities of Makkah and Madinah for a 12-day guided Umrah pilgrimage — complete with Ziyarah, spiritual lectures, and comfortable 3-star accommodations near the Haram. The journey then continues through Egypt for 15 unforgettable days, exploring ancient marvels from the Great Pyramids of Giza to the serene Nile cruise, and ending with relaxation by the Red Sea in Hurghada.

Itinerary

Part 01 (Umrah):

Day 01:

  • Fly from Dhaka to Jeddah (King Abdulaziz Intl).
  • Meet the Tracway representative at arrivals.
  • Transfer to a hotel in Makkah (check-in, freshen).
  • Short orientation (hotel lobby) with group leader: schedule, phone numbers, rules for Ihram.
  • Evening: Perform first Umrah (Tawaf, Sa’i, cutting hair) with guidance.
  • Meals: Dinner at hotel.
Hotel: 3 near Masjid al-Haram (short walking distance).

Day 02:

  • Makkah (Ibadah + Short Ziyarah)
  • Early Fajr in Masjid al-Haram.
  • Morning: Rest / optional group lecture on Umrah rituals.
  • Late morning: Visit Jabal al-Noor (Cave Hira) (short guided Ziyarah) or local historical spot (time & fitness dependent).
  • Afternoon/evening: Tawaf & prayers; free time for personal devotion.
  • Meals: Breakfast & dinner included.

Day 03:

  • Makkah (Full Day: Worship & Religious Talks)
  • Fajr & Dhuhr in Haram. Guided talk on Seerah / recommended duas.
  • Afternoon: Free for Ibadah or shopping (Ihram kits, Zamzam bottles).
  • Evening: Group dua session and recitation circle (optional).

Day 04:

  • Makkah (Mina/Muzdalifah/Arafat Orientation)
  • Orientation about Mina/Muzdalifah/Arafat — history, logistics (for those who plan visits when relevant).
  • Free time for night prayers at Haram.
  • Optional short Ziyarah: historic mosques/old Makkah neighborhoods.

Day 05:

  • Makkah (Rest & Repeat Umrah if desired)
  • Option to repeat Umrah for those who wish.
  • Group counseling on spiritual etiquette, family dua list.
  • Light sightseeing around Makkah (photography restricted in some areas — follow guide).

Day 06:

  • Makkah (Final Makkah Day)
  • Morning: Final Tawaf / extra prayers.
  • Afternoon: Prepare luggage; check travel docs for Madinah transfer.
  • Evening: Over-night coach transfer to Madinah (luxury coach) or short domestic flight if pre-booked.

Day 07:

  • Arrival Madinah & Settling In
  • Arrive Madinah; hotel check-in near Masjid an-Nabawi.
  • Visit Masjid an-Nabawi for Maghrib & Isha. Orientation to Rawdah procedures.
  • Evening: Brief Ziyarah to nearby historical sites (time permitting).

Day 08:

  • Madinah (Masjid an-Nabawi & Rawdah)
  • Spend the morning/afternoon in Mosque (Rawdah visit subject to queue/permit).
  • Guided visit to Masjid Quba (first mosque) in the afternoon.
  • Evening lecture / Q&A with local scholar (arranged by guide).

Day 09:

  • Madinah (Ziyarah: Qiblatain & Uhud)
  • Morning: Visit Masjid Qiblatain.
  • Afternoon: Drive to Mount Uhud (battlefield) and Jannatul Baqi.
  • Evening: Free for shopping and rest.

Day 10:

  • Madinah (Spiritual Day & Documentation)
  • Free day focused on worship and Zar (duas).
  • Group session: checking travel docs, Egypt entry visa info and health guidance for the next leg.

Day 11:

  • Madinah (Last Ziyarah & Packing)
  • Last visits and prayers in Masjid an-Nabawi. Collect souvenirs (dates, prayer rugs).
  • Prepare for departure to Egypt. Check flight time.
  • Evening: Farewell group dua and reminder of next day’s flight.

Day 12:

  • Fly Madinah → Cairo (Transit Day)
  • Transfer to Madinah or Jeddah airport (depending on routing). Flight to Cairo.
  • Arrival Cairo: meet Egyptian guide, transfer to hotel in Cairo, rest.
  • Light evening orientation for Egypt portion.

Part 02 (Egypt):

15 days (Cairo → Alexandria → Luxor → Nile → Aswan → Hurghada → Cairo)

Day 13:

  • Cairo: Orientation & Old Cairo
  • Breakfast at a hotel. Light orientation walk near the hotel.
  • Afternoon: Optional visit to Coptic/Old Cairo (Hanging Church, Ben Ezra Synagogue) or rest after flight.
  • Evening: Free time; short Nile-side walk.

Day 14:

  • Cairo: Giza Pyramids, Sphinx & Sakkara
  • Full-day guided tour
  • Giza Plateau (Great Pyramids + Sphinx), optional camel photo stop.
  • Afternoon visit to Sakkara (Step Pyramid of Djoser) and Memphis (depending on time).
  • Optional sound & light show at Pyramids (evening extra).

Day 15:

  • Cairo: Egyptian Museum & Khan El Khalili
  • Morning: Egyptian Museum (Tutankhamun rooms, royal mummies if available).
  • Afternoon: Free or optional specialized museum visits.
  • Evening: Khan El Khalili Bazaar — guided market walk, tea/coffee break at a traditional cafe.

Day 16:

  • Cairo: Citadel & Nile Dinner Cruise
  • Morning: Citadel of Salahuddin and Muhammad Ali Mosque.
  • Evening: Nile Dinner Cruise with local music (booked as a group event).

Day 17:

  • Day Trip to Alexandria (Return to Cairo same day)
  • Early drive (or private transfer) to Alexandria. Visit Bibliotheca Alexandrina, Qaitbay Citadel, Montaza Gardens and seafront.
  • Enjoy a seafood lunch by the Mediterranean. Return to Cairo in the evening.

Day 18:

  • Fly to Luxor / Begin Ancient Thebes Visits
  • Morning domestic flight Cairo → Luxor.
  • Visit Karnak Temple & Luxor Temple.
  • Overnight: board Nile cruise (or hotel if cruise starts the next day). Evening onboard program.

Day 19:

  • Luxor: West Bank — Valley of the Kings
  • Early start: Valley of the Kings (several tombs included), Hatshepsut Temple, and Colossi of Memnon.
  • Sail towards Edfu — onboard leisure and cultural program in evening.

Day 20:

  • Edfu & Kom Ombo (Cruise)
  • Visit Edfu Temple (horse carriage ride from cruise pier), continue sailing.
  • Stop at Kom Ombo Temple en route to Aswan (double temple of Sobek & Horus).
  • Evening: relax on deck.

Day 21:

  • Aswan: Philae Temple & High Dam
  • Visit Philae Temple (boat transfer to Agilkia Island) and Aswan High Dam.
  • Optional afternoon: Nubian village visit (extra). Overnight in Aswan or continue the cruise.

Day 22:

  • Optional Abu Simbel Excursion (Extra)
  • Optional early morning excursion to Abu Simbel (highly recommended but extra cost).
  • Return to Aswan in the evening.
  • If skipped: more free time in Aswan — shopping or felucca ride.

Day 23:

  • Disembark / Transfer to Hurghada (Red Sea)
  • After breakfast, transfer by road or flight from Aswan to Hurghada (road transfer ~4–6 hrs) — scenic desert drive.
  • Check in at Red Sea resort.

Day 24:

  • Hurghada: Beach & Water Activities
  • Full resort day: snorkeling, scuba diving (optional PADI experiences), glass-bottom boat, or relaxing at spa.
  • Evening: Red Sea seafood dinner (optional).

Day 25:

  • Hurghada: Desert Safari / Free Day
  • Optional: Desert safari (quad bike + Bedouin camp and barbecue) or free leisure day at resort.
  • Family-friendly activities available.

Day 26:

  • Transfer to Hurghada airport → fly to Cairo (or long transfer by road + flight).
  • Afternoon: Final shopping/stretch at Cairo Mall or Khan El Khalili (if missed earlier).
  • Evening: Farewell group dinner with cultural show (optional).

Day 27:

  • Hotel check-out, transfer to Cairo Intl Airport.
  • Assistance at check-in and departure with Tracway representatives.

⁠Start times:

Guided tours commonly start early (07:30–09:00) to avoid midday heat in Egypt; Umrah activities are organized around prayer times.

Dress & conduct:

Respectful modest clothing is required; follow local regulations for worship areas.

Meals:

Breakfast daily included; specify half-board/full-board in client documents. Egypt days typically include lunches on full-day tours.

Mobility:

Some days (Valley of the Kings, Abu Simbel) involve walking on uneven surfaces - recommend comfortable shoes.

Cash & tipping:

Carry small local currency notes for tips, porters, small purchases. Tipping culture is common in Egypt & Saudi; include guidance for clients.

Health:

Bring sun protection, travel medicines, and any necessary prescriptions. Stay hydrated in Egypt.

  • Return international flights (as per booking) or placeholder “airfare extra” if the client arranges flights.
  • Domestic flights: Madinah/Jeddah → Cairo; Cairo Luxor; Hurghada → Cairo (as per final routing).
  • 3 Star Hotel in Makkah & Madinah (within walking distance/shuttle), Cairo, Hurghada; Nile cruise cabin (double/twin sharing).
  • All transfers (airport/hotel) by AC coach/van; luxury coach Madinah–Makkah.
  • Guided Ziyarah & sightseeing with licensed guides in Saudi Arabia & Egypt.
  • Entrance fees to listed monuments (Pyramids plateau, Egyptian Museum, Karnak, Valley of the Kings, Philae, Edfu, Kom Ombo).
  • Meals as specified (breakfast daily).
  • Tracway local representative & emergency contact 24/7.

Payment Policy

  • Total Package Price: 4000 USD only
  • 50% advance payment is required to confirm the booking.
  • The remaining 50% must be paid at least 3 days prior to check-in.
  • Payments can be made via bank transfer, bKash, invoice will be provided by the company.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

  • Full refund for cancellations made 7 days before the check-in date.
  • 50% refund for cancellations made 20–25 days before check-in.
  • No refund for cancellations made within 7 days of the check-in time.
Date changes are allowed once if informed at least 3 days prior, subject to availability.

Exclusions / Optional extras

  • Egypt: Abu Simbel excursion (often optional, extra cost).
  • Optional activities: Red Sea diving/snorkeling, desert safari, sound & light show at Pyramids.
  • Personal expenses (laundry, phone, visa fees if client pays direct, travel insurance).
  • Tips & porterage (recommend a suggested tipping guideline per person/day).
  • Any COVID-related costs, PCR tests or health certificates (if applicable at travel time).
  • Packing checklist for Umrah & Egypt combined (Ihram set, comfortable shoes, adapter, medications, modest clothes, sunscreen, swimwear for Hurghada, travel documents).
  • Optional price add-ons table (Abu Simbel, diving packages, single room supplements, private transfers).
